About the Role
At WiseTech Global, we're seeking an experienced Instructional/Learning Designer to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging instructional materials that meet the diverse needs of our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials that align with our learning objectives.
- Implement various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and validate content.
- Research and source reliable content to enhance learning experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing training materials in an e-learning capacity.
- Proficiency in using LMS and authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and practices.
- Excellent writing and proofing skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity with the ability to design innovative learning solutions.
