About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised video professional who thrives on leading teams, producing end-to-end video content, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the video team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet engagement and revenue targets.
  • Produce and direct video content with a clear focus on stakeholder management and team success, ensuring call sheets and project coordination are in place.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create branded content solutions for commercial partners, ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Work closely with social and content teams to optimise videos for digital platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and quality.
  • Respond to video briefs with creative solutions, turning concepts into impactful video content that resonates with our audience and aligns with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for video content creation, with a proven track record in producing, directing, and managing video projects from concept to delivery.
  • Experience managing a small team of producers, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of social and digital video platforms, including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Publishing experience is highly desirable, with an ability to deliver quality video content in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Multimedia, or Video Production.
  • Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with the wider business and manage freelancers and crew as needed.
