
Expert Client Relationship Builder

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, fostering loyalty and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Cultivating Client Relationships
You will analyze client behavior, preferences, and emerging trends to provide strategic insights for Regional Engagement, Events, and CRM teams. This will enable you to deliver tailored experiences across all touchpoints and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
- Driving Sales Performance
You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the correlation between each step of the client experience and associated KPIs. By leveraging advanced clienteling techniques and optimizing KPI performance, you will drive exceptional sales results and contribute to store performance.
- Product Knowledge and Storytelling
You will possess expert-level knowledge of Valentino creations, effectively communicating their stories through compelling narration. You will act as a point of reference for the store staff team on knowledge and storytelling techniques.
- Operational Excellence
You will ensure full compliance with operational guidelines, including after-sales assistance and product transfer requests. You will leverage company tools to streamline store activities and collaborate with the Store Manager to execute in-store events and city-specific client activations.
- Team Collaboration and Development
You will serve as a role model, inspiring colleagues to elevate clienteling capabilities and embody the Maison's values. You will actively participate in events, offering high-touch interactions that enhance client experiences.
- Core Competencies
You will possess the ability to build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, foster loyalty, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also analyze client trends and provide strategic insights, collaborating effectively with the team manager. Additionally, you will drive exceptional sales results by leveraging advanced clienteling techniques and optimizing KPI performance.
