Accounts Payable Coordinator

At Goldmark, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating accounts payable procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify payment approvals and ensure accuracy
- Process high-volume manual invoices and ensure timely processing
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements and investigate EFT rejections
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with month-end accounting and reconciliation procedures
- Recommend cost controls and initiatives to improve efficiency
- 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
