Administrative Operations ManagerDescription:
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day administration of our office, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of productivity. This role is ideal for an organized and efficient individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Liaise with staff members to provide support and guidance as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong educational background in business administration or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with international procurement and logistics is a plus
