Join our community of care professionals who share a passion for providing exceptional support to the elderly. As a Workplace Educator, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee knowledge and skills within residential aged care settings.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday. You will be based at our Kincumber site during the commissioning phase, with opportunities to travel to other homes within our Northern and North West Region.

About the Role
  • Deliver educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance
  • Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programs to newly hired employees
  • Conduct education and training needs analysis and develop learning plans to address identified gaps

You will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goal of providing high-quality care to our residents. To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements
  • A heart and passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Completion of Adult Training Education - Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering education and training programs
  • Solid experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and converting to a learning plan
