Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, drive exceptional customer experiences, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of team members during shifts, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.
  • Effective management of customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintenance of a secure, welcoming environment for all patrons.
  • Implementation of security protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compilation of nightly operations and entertainment reports.
  • Protection of club assets, including cash, tills, and safes.
  • Assumption of Chief Fire Warden responsibilities during emergencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Proven management or supervisory experience in the hospitality or clubs sector.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle patrons professionally and courteously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on staffing matters.
  • Familiarity with Keno, TAB, and gaming machine operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Possession of RMLV certification, Liquor Approved Managers License, Police Check, and Blue Card.
