This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with customers and be a key player in the growth of our company.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer feedback and property damage claims, collecting and recording information during customer interactions, and taking ownership of resolving customer enquiries and claims. You will also be responsible for communicating all customer feedback, both positive and negative, to relevant parties and managing payment requests and reimbursements as necessary.
Additionally, you will be handling social media customer interaction, responding promptly and professionally to all customer queries on various platforms, including Google Reviews, Facebook, and product review sites.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The ability to self-manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in complaints handling, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail
