**About the Role**:
Our client is a world leader in flooring solutions, they design, manufacture and market innovative eco friendly interior finishes. They are well established in over 100 countries and expanding.
They are currently seeking passionate **Customer Service Representatives** to join their team in **Hawthorn, Victoria.**
- Proactively manage order fulfillment process to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support the Sales team where necessary.
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Sales teams to provide timely and up to date communication regarding delivery timeframes and/or delays.
- Provide information about the companies products and services, prices and trading terms to customers, consumers and end users.
- Participate in Customer Service team meetings to plan and review work schedules, procedures and policies and engage in training.
- Recognize and escalate situations when required.
- 3+ years experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in Building products or Construction Industry ideal but not essential.
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
