About Us:

At Kingside, we specialise in delivering top-tier customer support for leading brands. We're looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and provide exceptional service for one of our key clients, —a rapidly growing platform in the cryptocurrency, sports, and gambling industry.

The Role:

As a Player Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for 's players, ensuring they have the best possible experience on the platform. You'll assist players with their queries and help them fully enjoy what has to offer. All interactions are conducted via live chat—no phone calls required

What We're Looking For:

You don't need prior experience in cryptocurrency, sports, or gambling—we provide all the necessary training on the job. What matters most is your ability to think quickly, communicate effectively, and provide personalised attention to players.

This is a rostered position, with clear transparency on when you're working and when you're not. We're looking for applicants who can work 40 hour weeks (5 days, 8 hour shifts) including weekends.

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia.

  • Professional Communication: Address and resolve player inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring every player feels valued.
