As a Technology Operations Supervisor, you will be leading teams in the setup and execution of events in a world-class venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive briefings, task allocation supervision and coaching to technology services staff;
  • Cross check event orders, crew rosters and venue set up and action any requests in a timely manner;
  • Deliver high quality and consistent technical services;
  • Execute exceptional customer service skills;
  • Develop innovative product offerings in conjunction with leadership team.

  • You must have exceptional leadership skills;
  • Able to work autonomously while guiding others;
  • Dedication and ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines;
  • General knowledge across key disciplines of Audio, Lighting and Vision;
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure;
  • Positive and proactive mindset;
  • Flexibility in working hours, including after-hours and weekend work.
