Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service across all contact channels with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer enquiries, collecting and processing payments, and accurately recording customer requests in our corporate system.

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments to bring a customer-centric approach to our service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work successfully in a team, and have experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary qualification with on-the-job training or lesser qualification with experience in providing high-level customer service
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in an omnichannel customer contact centre environment
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and provide high-quality, accurate and timely information
  • Experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities and from culturally diverse communities
