**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a keen interest in the automotive sector and possess outstanding customer service skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their battery needs
- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Replace various types of batteries, primarily automotive batteries both in store and on call outs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Conduct battery testing and installations, primarily automotive batteries.
- Attend onsite call outs to for battery replacements and jump starts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay informed above product knowledge and industry trends

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:

- A keen interest in the automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Basic mecahnical knowledge is a plus but not essential as on the job training will be provided
- Fork lift licence is a plus or willingness to obtain one.

**How to apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:
