Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services. Your duties will include scheduling, data entry, payroll processing, and coordinating daily service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Process and maintain accurate records and information related to payroll and debtor functions.
  • Timely and appropriate scheduling of services in accordance with client needs, care plans, staff availability, and service delivery standards.
  • Provide administrative support across the service area, including maintaining and updating client and staff databases.
  • Contribute to departmental operations through active participation in meetings and other activities.
