Commercial Marketing Leader

 

 

As a seasoned commercial marketing professional, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement across key commercial channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive results-oriented marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial marketing to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or category leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of customer journeys and market trends in trade or commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven success in product, portfolio, and campaign management, with a focus on delivering results-oriented marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
