Lead Commercial Strategist in Oceania

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive the growth of our Specialty Franchise in Oceania. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of commercial leadership and make a lasting impact on patient care.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading strategic direction, driving commercial performance, and building a high-performing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a compelling franchise strategy that supports long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a strategic vision for the franchise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve commercial excellence, foster collaboration, and build capabilities.
  • Take ownership of financial outcomes, including P&L management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic adjustments and drive innovation.
  • Partner with external stakeholders to deliver patient-focused solutions and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Strengthen workflows and processes to scale growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Senior experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales or marketing leadership.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and organizational structures.
  • Skill in sales strategy, brand management, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Comfort working in unstructured environments with an agile mindset.
  • Able to think critically, connect ideas across functions, and bring practical solutions.
