We are currently seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering timely therapeutic services to our participants. You will assess their developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help them enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with a large multidisciplinary team, providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in various areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Assess participants' function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals and develop intervention plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals.
  • Mentor and support junior clinicians.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
