
Occupational Therapy Team Lead

This key position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of occupational therapy or speech pathology services.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic interventions effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client care plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervising and mentoring early-career clinicians to foster a supportive environment and promote high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Implementing evidence-based practices to improve participant outcomes and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) or Speech Pathologist (SPA)
- Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation
- Strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
