Leadership Opportunities in Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology

We are seeking an experienced allied health professional to lead a team of occupational therapists or speech pathologists.

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently is key to this role.
  • As a leader, you will utilize your clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and support the development of your team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services in schools, homes, and community settings
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
  • Supervising and mentoring graduate and early-career clinicians
  • Maintaining compliance with current NDIS legislation
