Cloud Leadership Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead and mentor our cloud engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the cloud infrastructure strategy, owning the platform roadmap, and driving implementation via modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

About You
  • You will have proven experience leading cloud infrastructure or platform teams within enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Strong technical background in at least one major cloud platform is essential.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD toolsets is required.
  • Working knowledge of secure infrastructure delivery aligned to frameworks such as the ISM, ASD Essential Eight, or IRAP is necessary.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a high-performing culture.
  2. Define and execute the cloud infrastructure strategy aligned to enterprise goals and compliance frameworks.
  3. Own the platform roadmap and drive implementation via modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
  4. Maintain and optimise cloud services across secure environments in accordance with the ISM Framework.
  5. Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
  6. Translate cloud strategy into actionable product backlogs, managing prioritisation and operational stability.
  7. Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to align services with broader IT and business needs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud infrastructure or platform teams within enterprise or regulated environments.
