Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers in a highly secure, compliance-driven environment.
  • Own the platform roadmap and drive implementation via modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud services across secure environments in accordance with compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
  • Translate cloud strategy into actionable product backlogs, managing prioritization and operational stability.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to align services with broader IT and business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud infrastructure or platform teams within enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Strong technical background in at least one major cloud platform.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD toolsets.
  • Working knowledge of secure infrastructure delivery aligned to frameworks such as the ISM, ASD Essential Eight, or IRAP.
  • Background in balancing infrastructure delivery with strategic platform uplift and governance.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
