Cloud Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced cloud platform leader to drive strategic direction for our cloud environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams of cloud engineers and foster a delivery-focused culture.
  • Define and execute the cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with enterprise goals and compliance frameworks.
  • Own the platform roadmap and implement modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Maintain and optimise cloud services across secure environments in accordance with the ISM Framework.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
  • Translate cloud strategy into actionable product backlogs and manage prioritisation and operational stability.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to align services with broader IT and business needs.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud infrastructure or platform teams within enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Strong technical background in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation), and CI/CD toolsets.
  • Working knowledge of secure infrastructure delivery aligned to frameworks such as the ISM, ASD Essential Eight, or IRAP.
  • Background in balancing infrastructure delivery with strategic platform uplift and governance.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
