Cloud Infrastructure Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the migration of business applications to the cloud and set the strategic direction for our organization's cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cloud engineers, fostering a high-performing, delivery-focused culture.
- Define and execute the cloud infrastructure strategy aligned to enterprise goals and compliance frameworks.
- Own the platform roadmap and drive implementation via modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
- Maintain and optimise cloud services across secure environments in accordance with security best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
- Translate cloud strategy into actionable product backlogs, managing prioritisation and operational stability.
- Engage with stakeholders to align services with broader IT and business needs.
- Experience leading cloud infrastructure or platform teams within regulated environments.
- Strong technical background in major cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD toolsets.
- Working knowledge of secure infrastructure delivery and balancing infrastructure delivery with strategic platform uplift and governance.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
