
Senior Remuneration and Systems Professional

**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a senior remuneration and systems professional to join our human resources team. Our client values their people and works collaboratively with teams.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Review and implement the remuneration framework and strategy for the organisation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure remuneration and benefits remain competitive and aligned to the remuneration framework & strategy
- Collate and submit data for remuneration survey submissions and access benchmarking data for employees and executives
- Develop stratified systems organisational structure and job families, as well as remuneration bands within this structure
- Benchmark and provide analysis for input into any salary review recommendation
- Manage the performance and salary review cycle
- Reporting
- HR standards and guidelines
- Corporate HR support
- Group HR initiatives
- Human resources information system development
**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualification in human resource management or equivalent demonstrated ability
- Mining or heavy industry experience (preferred)
- At least 15 years' experience across all facets of HR, with particular expertise in remuneration and benefits, HR standards systems and governance, HRIS development and implementation, performance management cycle
- Previous involvement implementing HR projects/initiatives
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Hands-on experience in HRIS', including reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft suite
