**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a senior remuneration and systems professional to join our human resources team. Our client values their people and works collaboratively with teams.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement the remuneration framework and strategy for the organisation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure remuneration and benefits remain competitive and aligned to the remuneration framework & strategy
  • Collate and submit data for remuneration survey submissions and access benchmarking data for employees and executives
  • Develop stratified systems organisational structure and job families, as well as remuneration bands within this structure
  • Benchmark and provide analysis for input into any salary review recommendation
  • Manage the performance and salary review cycle
  • Reporting
  • HR standards and guidelines
  • Corporate HR support
  • Group HR initiatives
  • Human resources information system development

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in human resource management or equivalent demonstrated ability
  • Mining or heavy industry experience (preferred)
  • At least 15 years' experience across all facets of HR, with particular expertise in remuneration and benefits, HR standards systems and governance, HRIS development and implementation, performance management cycle
  • Previous involvement implementing HR projects/initiatives
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS', including reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft suite
