Acting as a customer advocate, you will focus on customer insights and experiences, while seeking innovative ways to improve GTM strategies and processes.

You will serve as the key liaison among product, sales, service, and marketing teams, ensuring strong customer focus and compliance with industry practices.

Additionally, you will coordinate GTM risk and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to key processes to improve communication quality and reduce incidents.

Develop tailored front line enablement and learning to support partners in frontline readiness for major go-to-market initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a proven professional with experience in GTM telecommunications, product, marketing, CVM, or similar areas.

You should have demonstrated ability in complex stakeholder management, marketing plan development including positioning, promotion, and pricing.

Ability to turn strategy into viable and effective business execution is a must.

Telecommunications or other service proven experience is required.

A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or Engineering is preferred.
