Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer success and growth through proactive engagement with customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Success Planning: Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their business goals.
  2. Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with sales teams, technical support, and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues and drive customer adoption.
  3. Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team in pursuit of new opportunities.
Requirements

  • Experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management
