We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Advisor to drive value across the customer lifecycle. This role involves proactive engagement with customers through data-driven actions and responses to customer-initiated triggers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute onboarding strategies to increase adoption of Autodesk solutions by responding to customer inquiries.
  2. Provide expert guidance and resources to assist customers with new solution onboarding.
  3. Identify at-risk customers with low adoption and help them increase the value they receive towards their business goals.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams, technical support, and client services to drive customer success initiatives and resolve activation/onboarding/usage issues.
  5. Closure of data-driven customer success initiatives is essential.
  6. Drive high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued adoption of products through customer-focused conversations.
  7. Capture and share successful customer stories.
  8. Identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team in pursuit of expansion opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
  • Strong customer focus, enthusiasm, and dedication to understanding customer needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
