We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our State Operations Centre in Wollongong. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality customer service to the people of NSW and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and requests for assistance, using communication systems to log, update, and manage information in real time.
  • Excellent computer skills including touch typing with speed and accuracy, and competence with Windows based computer applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a time critical environment and high stress situation.
  • Ability to think clearly, logically and remain calm under pressure.
  • Possess organisational skills including efficient time management, task prioritisation and adherence to defined procedures.
About You
  • Available to complete initial training consisting of a 2-week full-time course followed by 4 x 12.5 hour shifts scheduled within the following 2 week period.
  • Will to work rotating day and night shifts, 24/7 availability, 7 days a week.
