
Brand Reputation Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator to shape and execute brand and employer branding strategies to enhance reputation, attract top talent, and strengthen client relationships. This role partners closely with the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to create and deliver employer branding programs and campaigns that engage both passive and active talent in a timely and targeted manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Curate and activate authentic content for internal and external platforms, ensuring compliance with risk policies while managing and publishing content effectively.
- Utilise analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance, support the development of a cohesive brand identity, and ensure it resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams, Service Line Leaders, and cross-functional teams to align brand efforts with business goals, while identifying opportunities to cross-promote content across teams.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of brand campaigns that enhance market presence, acting as a brand guardian to ensure adherence to brand identity and global messaging.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes across concurrent campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across digital and social platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Committed team player and collaborator with strong relationship building skills.
- Understanding of core brand and marketing principles.
