Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Reputation Strategist to drive organic growth across all practice areas; technical SEO, keyword targeting, content hubs. Manage partner profiles, media bios, and high-authority content placement.

The successful candidate will design digital suppression, clean-up, and profile-building services for clients where legal removal is not possible. Integrate legal workflows with SEO/PR strategies for maximum effect.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive search engine optimization and digital PR efforts to improve client visibility and online reputation.
  2. Develop and implement targeted SEO and content strategies to enhance search engine rankings and drive quality traffic to client websites.
  3. Manage partner profiles, media bios, and high-authority content placement to maintain a strong online presence.
  4. Design digital suppression, clean-up, and profile-building services to address online reputational risks.
  5. Collaborate with journalists, PR teams, and content creators to deliver targeted narratives and secure high-authority placements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in SEO, digital PR, or online reputation management - ideally in agency or high-stakes brand environments.
  • Demonstrated success in improving search visibility and managing reputations online.
  • Confident presenter - able to explain complex digital concepts in simple terms to senior, non-technical clients.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong writing skills for both search-optimised and media-ready content.
