Senior Brand Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies to enhance reputation, attract top talent, and strengthen client relationships across Australia and New Zealand.
This role partners closely with the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to create and deliver employer branding programs and campaigns that engage both passive and active talent in a timely and targeted manner.
In parallel, you will support the development and execution of brand campaigns that reinforce market presence and align with business growth objectives. This includes managing brand governance systems, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Service Line Leaders.
This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly. Please speak with us about potential options.
