Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Brand Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute brand and employer branding strategies to enhance reputation, attract top talent, and strengthen client relationships.

This role partners closely with the Talent Attraction team to create and deliver employer branding programs and campaigns that engage both passive and active talent in a timely and targeted manner.

Responsibilities include curating and activating authentic content for internal and external platforms, utilising analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand efforts with business goals, and acting as a brand guardian to ensure adherence to global messaging.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes across concurrent campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across digital and social platforms.
