The Challenge

We're seeking a skilled Crm Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer relationship marketing, with a focus on 1-to-1 marketing. If you're passionate about harnessing data to inform marketing strategies and driving business results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to unlock customer insights and enhance marketing performance.
  • Leverage predictive modelling to anticipate customer needs and optimise personalised marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute customer journeys, focusing on engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with wider business objectives.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer relationship marketing with a focus on 1-to-1 marketing.
  • Extensive experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud and Tableau would be highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
