About Us

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team, owning all things customer engagement across various brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-led strategies in conjunction with Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Data Insights teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and evaluate all lifecycle and tactical CRM campaigns, working with brand-relevant eCommerce & Marketing teams to execute.
  • Deliver key insights to the wider business around customer behaviour, ensuring that we measure the metrics that matter and create actionable insight off the back of these.
  • Owning and optimising CRM strategies through partnering with marketing, trade, and eCommerce teams to establish best practice, inform performance, and enable automated journeys.
  • Work with the Head of Ecommerce & CRM Manager to ensure tight alignment in all customer lifecycle management strategies across teams and projects.
  • Implement strategies to drive the health and performance of the customer database, including driving initiatives around data enrichment, member acquisition, and preventing churn.
  • Drive the ongoing optimisation of all CRM & Loyalty activities, including control group assessment and A/B testing roadmaps.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with external vendors and key internal stakeholders within our organisation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of relevant experience in Digital, eCommerce, or CRM/Loyalty Marketing fields (experience in industries other than Retail considered).
  • Someone who is confident and ready to own and drive the CRM/Customer Space.
  • Experience using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Campaign Monitor, or similar.
  • Analytical skills with competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of customer databases and data sets.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management and automated/triggered campaigns.
  • Customer-centric approach to recommendations and insights.
  • Effective time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with various brands and stakeholders across the business.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
