As a seasoned professional, you will lead and coordinate change management activities across a multi-provider environment, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal service disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols and approval hierarchies to facilitate efficient change delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end change management workflows to ensure consistency and compliance with established governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate change requests and scheduling across providers to minimize service impact and optimize business outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Align IT Service Management (ITSM) processes with business objectives to deliver structured change frameworks that drive sustainable results.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful change delivery in highly secured and consulting environments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and organizational change, with a strong background in Change Enablement within both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within SIAM governance models and expert knowledge in ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a pragmatic, user-focused approach to delivering sustainable and measurable change outcomes.
  • Experience working in Public Sector consulting environments is highly desirable, but not required.
