Job Title: Infrastructure Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Maintenance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, scalability, and security of our computer systems, networks, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and configure computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
  • Monitor IT systems and maintain overall health by adhering to best practices.
  • Provide level 3 technical support globally across the business, both remotely and on-site.
  • Track issues through to resolutions in accordance with agreed service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Scripting and automation knowledge with the ability to run pipelines in DevOps.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks in difficult situations.
