Job Title:

Maintenance Professional - Infrastructure Operations

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team in infrastructure operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our hospital's infrastructure, including plant and equipment, building fabric, and associated systems.

Job Description:
  • Ensure the maintenance of our hospital's infrastructure is completed to a satisfactory standard and in a timely manner.
  • Carry out emergency procedures in line with established policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building services, plant, and equipment, as well as building fixtures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualified trades assistant or equivalent experience in a facilities maintenance role.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a facilities maintenance environment.
  • The ability to prioritize and utilize available resources to achieve service delivery goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
