About the Role

The ideal candidate will conduct inspections to assure the quality of maintenance works on assets, identify defects, and prepare repair reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor asset conditions and report any defects or non-conformances.
  • Preparation of detailed inspection reports highlighting findings and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Managing work orders, asset data, and compliance audits in Maximo.
  • Monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Providing technical advice, condition assessments, and compliance reporting as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an Electrical Trade with relevant experience.
  • Experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments.
  • Excellent organisational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
