Air Traffic Management System Designer

We are seeking a skilled Systems UX Engineer to join our international multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment with operational users, primarily using FIGMA for mock-ups, and contribute to the design and development of Air Traffic Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in co-engineering within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Design system functions via mock-ups, including requirements, capability descriptions, functional behavior, and data exchanges
- Consider transversal constraints such as Human Factors, Safety, Performance, Security
- Build and maintain relationships with OPS and feature teams
- Present mock-ups to teams and stakeholders
- Support development processes
- Degree in UX Engineering or related field
- Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering (desired)
- At least 5+ years in UX Engineering
- At least 5+ years ergonomic experience
- Experience in Air Traffic Management areas such as Coordination, Surveillance, HMI, Safety Nets, etc.
- Knowledge of Human Factors standards and practices
