Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Test Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing, ensuring that all aspects of the application meet the required standards.

About the Role

">

The Test Analyst will be responsible for driving the testing delivery of medium to large-scale programs. This includes coordinating with multiple teams to align testing schedules, environments, and test data. The role also involves working closely with project IT and Business teams to derive an effective risk-based testing approach.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to align testing schedules, environments, and test data;">
  • Work closely with project IT and Business teams to derive an effective risk-based testing approach;">
  • Conduct effective defect triage meetings and publish daily/weekly status reports;">
  • Attend scrum meetings representing the testing team;">
  • Plan, manage, and report on all aspects of User Acceptance Testing in line with testing standards and processes;">
  • Active participation in defect triage meetings (with multiple teams), plan bug reporting, and provide status reports to Lead/Manager;">
  • Proven experience in managing the test lifecycle using test management tools e.g. QC ALM etc.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 4 years of relevant experience;">
  • Working experience with Virtual teams of offshore;">
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working;">
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills;">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;">
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • API testing using POSTMAN, PEGA testing for Claims workflow including Rules testing;">
  • Automation - Extensive knowledge in Selenium Web Driver with Java, Test Ng, and Maven.">
