Front-End Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, maintainable user interfaces that meet both product and client requirements.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in web fundamentals, HTTP methods, integration patterns, and RESTful APIs. You should also be familiar with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, QA/testers, and presales teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality digital experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Knowledge of Web Fundamentals: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
  • HTTP Methods and Integration Patterns: Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and ability to integrate with client systems using DXP/SaaS features.
  • WCAG Accessibility Standards and Inclusive Design: Experience with designing web interfaces that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 guidelines and understanding of inclusive design practices.
  • SDLC and Component Libraries/Design Systems: Demonstrable experience/knowledge of SDLC methodologies and demonstrated experience building component libraries/design systems.
  • CMS Platforms and DXPs: Experience working with CMS platforms or DXPs - Contentful, Drupal, Wordpress, Sitecore, Optimizely, etc.
