Our client seeks a Functional Tester for a 6-month contract. You will work on a Financial Crimes and Fraud project, migrating from an old platform to a new one.

You are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as coordinating testing activities. This includes:

• Reviewing requirements and contributing to test plan development

• Estimating test efforts and prioritizing tasks

• Developing test cases based on requirements and specifications

• Identifying test data requirements and generating test data

• Performing system integration and regression testing

• Identifying and reporting defects/issues and supporting defect triage/management activities

• Supporting UAT testers/SMEs in their test execution and reporting tasks

• Preparing test completion/summary reports

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• End-to-end life cycle experience with SIT, UAT, Regression, and Post Verification Testing

• Hands-on experience with test automation

• Expertise in Backend Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and BI/SSRS Report Testing

• Experience in API testing

• Hands-on experience with JIRA

Desirable Skills:

• Superannuation experience with knowledge of superannuation fund regulations and provisions

• Working on Agile projects
