Senior IT Project Manager Position

We seek an experienced leader to drive delivery excellence, ensure governance compliance, manage risks, and engage diverse stakeholders in managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.

The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in managing end-to-end IT projects, from digital transformation initiatives to infrastructure upgrades and application development.

  • Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management

    • Lead the delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.
    • Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Implement Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Liaise with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
    • Lead steering committee meetings and produce executive reporting dashboards.
    • Translate business needs into technical outcomes.
    • Manage project teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and solution architects.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and managed service providers.
    • Mentor junior PMs and support project governance practices.
    • Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks.
    • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Clarity PPM.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
    • Postgraduate studies or MBA (preferred, not required).
    • Mandatory: PMP or PRINCE2.
    • Preferred: Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe), ITIL, or MSP certifications.
    • 10–15 years of hands-on project management in complex IT environments.
    • Proven success delivering enterprise projects.
    • Experience working in regulated environments.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage hybrid teams and third-party vendors.
