Job Opportunity: Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced technical professional with expertise in MS D365 F&O and Release/Environment management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Migration:

    • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Data Migration, including coordination with stakeholders and thorough analysis of all steps involved.
    • Finalize DM Deployment Plan, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Manage the background process of DM, prioritizing user access planning as part of the process.

  • SCOUT Production - Architecture Setup:

    • Configure and set up SCOUT Production environment architecture.

  • Manage Aruma D365 Environments and Aruba's D365 Env:

    • Oversee the administration and configuration of Aruma D365 Environments and Aruba's D365 Env.

  • Product Solution Delivery:

    • Build and verify deployment run sheets to ensure smooth product delivery.
    • Define architecture specifications, incorporating expert knowledge in D365 CRM-ERP architecture experience.
    • Configuration and Customization: Utilize technical expertise to configure and customize products according to business requirements.
    • Perform functional/technical PO validation to guarantee accuracy.

  • Business Support:

    • Provide escalated support and coordination with Microsoft, SCOUT Support Channel, IT Support, and senior stakeholders.

  • Credentials and Skills:

    • Azure, D365 CRM-ERP architecture experience.
    • Application Integration & Data Specialist.
    • Strong system design & architectural expertise with hands-on experience.
    • Stakeholder and Vendor management skills.
    • Guide teams on technical implementation best practices.
    • Hands-on development experience with D365.
    • Technology Stack: JScript, plugins & custom workflows (C#), Power Automate flows, Azure Function Apps, PCF controls.
    • Tools: CRM Developer Toolkit (SDK), Plugin Registration, Ribbon Workbench, XrmToolbox.

  • FinOps Responsibilities / Skills:

    • D365 F&O System administration and configuration.
    • Build and deploy D365 F&O customizations.
    • Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and D365 F&O environment administration.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless system integrations.

  • Issue Resolution:

    • Identify and resolve system issues, recommending operational solutions.

  • Data Migration & Go-Live Planning:

    • Experience in data migration on D365 CRM/F&O projects.
    • Prepare Go-Live cutover plans (Go-live Runsheet).
