Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact within a dynamic and innovative organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the IT systems and infrastructure that support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the IT systems, networks, and software applications used across the business
  • Liaise with third-party technology providers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of IT services
  • Implement and oversee IT security protocols to protect our data and systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed
  • Identify and recommend new technologies or process improvements to enhance our capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a similar IT management role
  • Technical expertise in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and business software applications
  • Proven track record of delivering effective IT support and driving technology-enabled business improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, or a related field
