Pega System Architect Role

This key role in the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission focuses on assisting with Pega application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Contribute to the building and maintaining of Pega applications according to specifications.
  • Provide level 3 technical support for Pega built applications and implement fixes.
  • Modify workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
  • Design and execute test cases to validate functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Document technical designs and implementation approaches.
  • Collaborate with Business Architects to understand requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address technical issues.

  • Experience with multiple Pega projects or implementations.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working in the government/public sector.
  • Understanding of the Commission's role as an end-to-end regulator.
