A highly skilled Energy Systems Technical Support Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional technical support for Industrial Energy Storage product lines, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
This position requires a unique blend of technical acumen and customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
- Deliver superior customer support by addressing customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain high fleet availability through proactive monitoring and efficient issue resolution.
- Evaluate customer needs and utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues with battery systems.
- Provide comprehensive training to Installers and customers to ensure optimal confidence in energy storage system operation.
- Determine whether technical solutions can be resolved remotely or require on-site service.
- Communicate customer concerns with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Accurately record issues and data into a CRM database.
This role may involve working varied shifts to provide weekend support. Key qualifications include a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering, excellent written and oral English communications skills, exceptional customer service skills, ability to prioritize effectively, experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite, and knowledge of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems is preferred.
