Job Title: Technical Lead for Engineering Systems

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to assume leadership of our engineering systems team.

About the Role:
  • Establish and oversee the development of a robust engineering management system framework, encompassing operator-focused assumptions around reliability and performance.
  • Maintain alignment between the EMSF and broader safety management strategies, ensuring seamless project approvals.
  • Develop and maintain supporting standards, procedures, manuals, and templates to facilitate effective engineering operations.
  • Lead assurance forums such as the Change Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Review Committee (ERC), promoting collaboration and shared understanding.
  • Manage Authorized Delivery Organizations (ADOs), overseeing competency systems and ensuring compliance with established safety protocols.
  • Handle exceptions to standards, implement changes, and update engineering standards as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
  • Promote Type Approval applications and contribute to project-wide management plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure proactive compliance and provide technical guidance throughout all project stages.
