Job Summary
Ensure Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Claims Case Manager to join our team. As a Trainee Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of common law focused CTP claims from inception to finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including solicitors and management team
- Identify and negotiate effective claims options, including settlements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Qualifications in law or experience working in personal injury law as a paralegal/legal support
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working as a graduate lawyer will be highly regarded
