Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in venue operations and delivery ensuring seamless execution of events
- Coordinate logistics, staffing, security, and training for efficient event planning and execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives balancing customer service with operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management
- Ensure safety standards including accessibility requirements are upheld throughout all venues
- Experience in venue operations or similar coordination roles is preferred
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high safety standards, and promoting inclusion and accessibility
